Each assembly undergoes a stringent battery of tests that include tests for leaks, flow performance, vibration, corrosion resistance and durability, electrostatic discharge and mounting strength. Each design is tested to Ford’s strict performance and durability standards that include Key Life testing to the equivalent of 10-years/150,000 miles. Motorcraft Pump Assemblies are engineered to Original Equipment standards, including the latest design improvements introduced since the vehicle’s year of manufacture.
