Barnes 4WD is proud to introduce the first Toyota Differential Cover that offers complete protection for your third member, maximizes clearance and increases fluid capacity. This cover is not your typical cap that you just weld over the thin stock housing. With our cover you completely remove the factory cap (a quick job with a cut off wheel) and weld a laser cut and bent ¼” plate steel cover in its place. This is a little more work but the payoff is worth it for the total coverage and increased oil capacity. Covers ship fully welded with a large fill plug so all you have to do is prep your axle and weld it on! Fill plug uses a 9/16 allen wrench. This is also the most economical fix for a rusted leaking Toyota rear axle. This cover will fit. 1994 and older Toyota Trucks 1995-2014 Tacoma with locking rear differential (E-locker) ONLY! 2001 and older 4 Runners
